In-Store Shopping Updates (Not Currently Available)

May 11, 2020

Regarding Wisconsin Emergency Order #36.

There’s a link at the end of this post if you’d like to read the full emergency order, but the short version is that standalone and strip mall retailers have the option to open for socially distanced shopping for up to five customers at a time, effective immediately.

The key word there is “option,” and we’re not taking that word lightly.

We have been anticipating an announcement along these lines and developing a plan to eventually reopen the stores and pub. And we’ve certainly been looking forward to the moment when we can reopen safely—but only if we have absolute confidence that we’ve assured the safety of our customers and our staff to the best of our ability. So we’re taking some time to assess and consider our plans, and when might be the right moment to implement them. It’s certainly possible that moment may not arrive this week, next week, or even any time soon.

Here are the updates we do have as of now—

  • No, we are not open for in-store shopping today. We’ll make it SUPER clear if that changes.
  • Yes, our curbside, delivery and shipping options are still very much available!

Thank you again for your patience and support through the last several weeks. It means the world to us, and we’ve been thrilled to be able to continue bringing fun and food to our local community during these trying times. We’ll do what we can to keep delivering that fun in the safest way possible.
