Arkham Horror LCG: The Blob the Ate Everything @ Greenfield
Sep 8 @ 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

First the meteorite crashed in town. Then the government came and quarantined the area. Last night, the creature hatched and started eating everything. And I do mean everything…

Can the investigators figure out what’s going on and defeat the Blob before they are eaten, too?

Join us for this year’s special Arkham Horror LCG group scenario, featured at Gen Con 2019!

Basic Rules Knowledge Preferred
Because this is a timed group event, we suggest that players have at least a basic understanding of the Arkham Horror LCG rules and mechanics.

BYO Investigator Deck
Pre-build the investigator deck of your choice, and bring that deck along with your game tokens (health/horror/clue/etc)

If you don’t have a deck to bring, we will have a limited number of pre-built decks available.

X-Wing: Aces High Event @ North Shore
Nov 21 @ 5:30 pm

Join us for FFG’s Aces High Event. Battle against your opponents in a single free-for-all match, and seek to be the best Ace!

Registration: 5:00pm – 5:45pm
Event Start: 6:00pm

Format & Squadbuilding
Players will fly only a single ship, up to 80pts.
Free-for-All Match
Aim to get the most points before the end of the 75 minute round.

Points are scored for the following:

  • First Hit: After a ship performs an attack, if the defender was at full health and suffered damage, the attacking ship’s player scores 1 point.
  • Shot Confirmed: After a ship performs an attack, if the defender was destroyed, the attacking ship’s player scores 2 victory points plus all victory points on the defender’s ship card (remove them from the defender’s ship card when they are scored.) Then place 1 victory point token on the attacking ship’s card.
  • Stay in the Fight: If a ship flees, remove all victory points from its ship card. Its player loses 1 victory point plus victory points equal to the number of victory points removed this way.

Special Rule—Restore Ships (Start of Round): Starting with the first player, each player with no ship in play rolls 1 attack die, and then restores their destroyed ship, placing it back in play with its rear guides at any position on one of the hyperspace points matching the symbol rolled. If it cannot be placed this way at any of the matching positions without overlapping another ship, that ship’s player places it anywhere in the play area at range 0 of a board edge (not overlapping another ship) instead.

Event Scoring
The player that has scored the most victory points when the 75-minute round ends is the winner.

Event Prizes
Top Scorer—Plastic dual-sided card: Rebel R2-D2 Astromech upgrade // Imperial Black Squadron Pilot
Participation—Your choice of promo: Extended Art U-wing OR Proton Rockets

Marvel Champions “Assemble” Party @ Mayfair
Jan 6 @ 6:00 pm

Join up as we Assemble our local Marvel Champions players for an evening of epic teamwork, villainous schemes and triumphant victories!

All participants will receive a Marvel Champions playmat and five extended art hero/alter-ego cards—just for playing.

Seating for this event is limited. Additional players can join for standard open gaming entry after our capacity is reached, but those players will NOT receive the participation playmat or promos.

New Players Welcome!
We will cover the rules and gameplay for new players before we begin. Hero decks will be provided as well.

Experienced players: Feel free to bring your own copy of the game and/or a pre-built hero deck, and we’ll do our best to team you up with a good mix of other heroes.

More about Marvel Champions
This game will make you feel like a true hero as you pull off super-powered combos as early as your first game. Select your deck and become Captain Marvel, Black Panther, She-Hulk, Spider-Man and Iron Man in order to defeat the villain before their scheme comes to fruition!

It can be played solo, or with up to four players. Plus—it’s a Living Card Game, meaning there will be a TON of optional add on game content that players will be able to pick and choose from, like the upcoming Green Goblin and Captain America packs.

Once you have the hang of the game, you can customize and build your own hero decks to become even more formidable.
