New players: Our DMs have a lot to organize when this event begins, and character creation can be time-consuming. It’s much easier for our DMs to review a character you’ve already created than it is to help create one from scratch. Download the AL Player’s Guide for more information on creating your character!

Plus – Visit the Adventurers League Resource Page for Frequently Asked Questions, AL Character Sheets, and more!

No matter your experience level, feel free to join in every Saturday!

What is D&D Adventure League (AL)?

The D&D Adventurers League (AL) is an ongoing official campaign for Dungeons & Dragons. It uses the fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons rules, and features the Forgotten Realms setting.

You can play D&D Adventurers League games literally anywhere. Players use the fifth edition rules to create a character and bring that character to games anywhere D&D Adventurers League play is happening.

AL is not the only way to play D&D, it’s only one of many. So why should you play AL?

  • You enjoy playing games and meeting new people.
  • You’re looking for a new D&D group to join, the sooner the better!
  • You played D&D back in the day and you’re curious about the latest rules but you’re not sure if you want to buy books yet.
  • You’re a hardcore player who wants to play several times a week.
  • You’re a casual player who wants to jump in whenever you have a little free time.
  • You are a DM who wants to expand their skills by DMing new content with new people.
  • You want to learn how to DM from an experienced DM who can help you.
D&D: Kids’ Table! @ North Shore
Dec 14 @ 3:00 pm

Welcome to the D&D Kids’ Table—every Saturday during our normal Dungeons & Dragons Adventurers League game!

Signup is from 2:30-2:50pm
The adventure begins at 3:00pm

At this 15-and-younger table, our local youngsters have a place to adventure with others their age and pursue their characters’ wildest whims.

Your Dungeon Masters, David and Erik, started this table to give kids a place to express themselves without worrying about whether adults will think they’re playing “wrong.” There is no wrong way to play D&D—it’s all about telling a great, hilarious story and growing with your characters!

Parents Welcome to Join!
Any player who can follow the rules of our event space is welcome to play without supervision, but parents are also welcome to play at the kids’ table in their weekly adventures, or jump into Adventurers League for the week.

Dungeons & Dragons (Casual Group) @ North Shore
Dec 15 @ 12:00 pm

Join us for a bi-weekly Dungeons & Dragons campaign!

Create a character, prepare to combat great threats, and dive into your own unique story in this massively popular roleplaying game! D&D is as much a game of collective storytelling and memorable moments as it is about slaying dragons and collecting loot.

Your Dungeon Master, Larry, will guide you through this open-world adventure campaign. Larry has been DMing for many years, but is relatively new to Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, so this is a fantastic group for new and casual players.

New players welcome!
Players with little or no experience with Dungeons & Dragons are welcome at this event. Your Dungeon Master is available to provide guidance and answer questions during the event. Players are encouraged to bring their own dice, but no materials are necessary in order to join!

Limited Seating—Arrive Early
This event’s seating is limited. We suggest arriving 30-45 minutes prior to the event’s start time each week in order to give yourself a better chance to play in the event.

Marvel Champions—Casual Play @ North Shore
Dec 16 @ 5:30 pm

Team up on Monday nights as we play Marvel Champions!

In this multiplayer, cooperative card game you and up to three allies will take on the roles of iconic heroes from the Marvel Universe as you try to stop infamous villains from enacting their devious schemes.

Each week, we’ll choose our heroes and take on a new villain. Marvel Champions is a “Living Card Game,” meaning new heroes, villains and challenges will emerge as new content is released!

New players always welcome—No experience or materials necessary.

Dungeons & Dragons (Casual Play) @ North Shore
Dec 16 @ 6:00 pm

Join our Monday night dungeon master for a Dungeons & Dragons campaign with old school flavor!

This campaign uses the 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons system and will take place in the world of Faerun.

Players will gather on a weekly basis (as they’re available) to tell a collaborative story, full of adventure, intrigue – and of course, dice.

We’ll see you on the tables!

From the Dungeon Master:
“I’m a friendly DM (not trying to kill characters) open to players of all experiences. I like to create a safe space for less hardcore players to be creative with their characters.”

Drop-In Dungeons & Dragons @ Oak & Shield Pub
Dec 17 @ 7:00 pm

Get in on Drop-In D&D every Tuesday! Each week, you’ll explore brand new stories and face off with exciting challenges in the 5th Edition of D&D.

Each session, your table will feature a different one-shot adventure. Space is very limited, and is first-come first-served.
